Run sandboxes on this Windows PC, through WSL2
On Windows 11, kosa8 runs its Linux engine inside WSL2 and drives it from
Windows. kosa8 wsl setup checks WSL2 and nested virtualization, installs
what the engine needs into a Debian or Ubuntu distribution, starts the daemon
there and connects this CLI to it. After that every kosa8 command works as on
a Mac or Linux machine.
