kosa8 usage
Show metered usage, derived from the audit log
Usage is computed from kosa8's hash-chained audit log, so the figures
can be independently recomputed and verified with kosa8 audit verify
rather than taken on trust.
The daemon reports these figures daily on its own; --report sends whatever
is outstanding now. Either way the numbers are derived from the audit log,
so kosa8 audit verify is what makes an invoice checkable.
