Push an image to a registry

Usage

kosa8 push IMAGE

Credentials come from kosa8 login, stored in ~/.kosa8/credentials.json with owner-only permissions. Nothing is read from your Docker configuration, so a registry you can push to with docker may still need a kosa8 login first.
