Manage remote (Cloudflare R2) snapshot storage

Push snapshots to and pull them from a Cloudflare R2 bucket, so a sandbox captured on one machine can be restored on another.

Configure with R2_ACCOUNT_ID, R2_BUCKET, R2_ACCESS_KEY_ID, R2_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY (or ~/.kosa8/remote.json).
