kosa8 range down

Record every trainee's final result, then remove the range

Usage

kosa8 down [RANGE]

Writes each trainee's final score to the audit log, then removes every trainee's sandbox and the scenario snapshot. The results outlive the range: kosa8 evidence export --range NAME packages them.
