kosa8 key import

Add a KEK exported from another machine and make it active

Usage

kosa8 import FILE

Adds the KEK in FILE and makes it the one new snapshot keys are wrapped under, so snapshots move both ways between machines that share it. Keys already wrapped under a previous KEK keep opening.
