`kosa8 agent token`

Give an agent an identity the daemon can check

An agent identity is a name, an MCP policy scope and a token. Give the token to the agent's gateway (KOSA8_AGENT_TOKEN=… kosa8 mcp serve): every action it takes is then recorded under that identity, and the tools it may call are decided in that identity's scope rather than the policy's default.
